These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bimini Tours & Adventures for using our website and for tours, charters, self-guided passes, rentals, and related services in Alice Town, North Bimini, Bahamas. By booking, paying, or joining an activity, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
Who may book
You must be 18 or older to complete a booking, or have a parent or legal guardian book on your behalf. The person who books is responsible for making sure every guest has read these Terms and is fit to take part.
You confirm that you and your group have the health, swimming ability, and mobility needed for the activity you choose — including boarding a boat, walking on docks, and following crew instructions. Tell us about medical conditions, mobility needs, or pregnancy before you book so we can advise whether the trip is suitable.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and you receive confirmation (usually by email). Please check names, dates, times, and guest counts as soon as you get that message and tell us if anything is wrong.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may be plus Bahamian VAT where stated.
- We accept the payment methods offered at checkout (including online processors such as PayPal where available).
- Rates can change for new bookings; a confirmed reservation keeps the price we quoted unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Park fees, fuel surcharges, extra equipment, or damage charges may apply and will be explained when we know them.
We may refuse or cancel a booking for safety, capacity, unpaid balances, or incomplete / inaccurate information.
Meeting point and timing
Many trips meet in or near Alice Town, North Bimini. The exact dock or pickup is confirmed in your booking email. Please arrive on time — tours leave with the group. Late arrival can mean you miss the boat without a refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Safety and your responsibilities
- Follow all crew, captain, and guide instructions, safety briefings, and local laws.
- Wear life jackets or other safety gear when asked.
- Do not join a water activity if you are impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- Look after equipment we provide. Loss or damage beyond normal wear may be charged to you.
- Respect marine life, beaches, and other guests — we may end a trip early for unsafe or abusive behavior, without refund.
Outdoor and marine activities involve inherent risk (weather, water, wildlife, vessels, docks). You take part at your own risk to the fullest extent allowed by Bahamian law, except where we cannot exclude liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Weather and operational changes
All tours are weather permitting. The captain or operator may change the route, delay, reschedule, or cancel for safety, mechanical issues, or conditions beyond our control. See our Refund Policy for what happens if we cancel or you cannot take a new date.

Guest cancellations, no-shows, private-charter notice periods, and weather refunds are described in the Refund Policy. That page forms part of these Terms.
Photos and reviews
We may photograph or film tours for our website and social media. If you do not want to appear, tell the guide at the start of the trip. You grant us a simple right to use photos you share with us in reviews, unless you ask us not to.
Website
This website is hosted on DigitalOcean servers. Content is for information and booking. We try to keep descriptions accurate; if a detail on a tour page differs from your confirmation email, the confirmation and these Terms prevail.
Insurance
We recommend travel and medical insurance that covers boat-based activities, cancellations, and medical evacuation. You are responsible for costs your insurance does not cover where you are at fault.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including storms, hurricanes, government orders, strikes, or utility failure. We will still follow our weather and cancellation commitments where they apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Courts in The Bahamas have jurisdiction, as far as the law allows.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest version. Bookings already confirmed stay on the Terms in force when you booked, unless a change is required by law.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, your confirmation, and the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are the full agreement for the booking.
